Vertongen Pentho Compact Single End Tenoners
Vertongen Pentho Compact Single End Tenoners are ideally suited for tenoning as well as performing general woodworking tasks. The robust construction and built in intelligence makes accuracy and repeatability quick and easy. Whether making entry doors, windows, cabinet doors or just putting a profile on the end of a workpiece, a Vertongen Pentho Compact tenoner can do the job quickly and accurately.
Vertongen Pentho Compact Machines come standard with intelligence, capable of storing programs in the touch screen for easily saving positioning data and starting up the appropriate stations. All machines include a cutoff saw, for accurately sizing and squaring your workpiece, 2 opposed horizontal tenon heads, for making tenons without special tooling required, and a choice of 1 or 2 vertical spindles for making slots, or achieving the desired profile. A precision machined steel table with backing wood secures the workpiece during machining. Options such as the Performance pack, High Performance pack and motorized table, help to turn setup time into valuable production time, decreasing the setup time associated with change overs, and increasing the production time on the machine.
Pentho Compact 2
With over 100 years of history building woodworking machinery and specialization in window and door production, you can count on Vertongen for a high quality, well-built tenoner that will last for years to come.
The Pentho Compact 2 features two processing stations, including a cut-off saw and a single vertical spindle. The machine has a solid table on a stable vertical slide bar, along with a digital length fence and pneumatic hold down clamps. All settings are cnc positioned. Starting of all motors is performed via the operating panel and a program library can be saved to achieve repeatable results in the future.
A dust restricting transparent safety-screen that moves together with the table and covers the machine completely, protects the operator while also containing dust within the machine. These features add to the rugged construction designed to handle the most demanding tenoning operations.
Pentho Compact 3

Vertongen Engineers designed the Pentho Compact 3 to be a full featured single end tenoner for general and flexible production requirements. For the end user, this means that the machine can quickly and easily perform a variety of tasks.
The Pentho Compact 3 features three processing stations, including a cut-off saw, tenon heads and a vertical spindle – 200mm long. The machine has a solid table on a stable vertical slide bar which can swivel in two directions, along with a digital length fence and hold down clamps.
