Make the trip up I-95 to visit Eastern Millwork Inc.’s brand new state-of-the-art facility in Jersey City, NJ to see how manufacturers in the Northeast region are investing in new production solutions to increase labor savings and improve automation.
You’ll have an exclusive opportunity to tour their facility and hear first-hand from their team about their growth and success. Since partnering with Stiles, EMI has refocused their manufacturing processes to vastly increase efficiency and productivity, allowing them to expand their business in New York and New Jersey.

Putting Industry 4.0 to Work
Guy Bucey, Inova
Inovais a leading manufacturer and innovator in the furniture industry. Focusing in the hospitality, contract, multi-family, student housing and military markets, their products are designed to make the most of today’s flexible lifestyles. Since their founding in 2001 by Loren Sherman, they’ve grown to a 45-person team.
A key member of their team is Guy Bucey, the plant manager and COO at Inova, who was recently named to the Woodworking Network 40 Under 40. Bucey is a decorated Marine and has been working at Inova for five years as a leader and role model of teamwork.
CNC Nesting and Beyond
James Swanson & John Criscione, Stiles Machinery
James and John will be discussing ways to optimize nesting from tooling and software to dust extraction. They will also be demonstrating ways to push a 3-axis CNC beyond typical expectations. A demonstration will show what dedicated software and customized tooling can add to a standard router.
Maintaining a CNC Edgebander
Steve Jones & Jaime Irizarry, Stiles Machinery
Steve and Jaimie will explain the new face of mid sized CNC edgebanders, maintenance tips and suggestions on what to look for when choosing a CNC bander operator today.
Scalable Integration of Automation and Machine Technology
David Mauer, Stiles Machinery
A Rosenheim graduate, David will walk us through the steps of integrating automation and machine technology. From conceptual ideas to layout, runoff and start-up of a new automated factory. David will also be with us during the visit to Eastern Millwork Inc. on Thursday to guide us through one of the latest integrated factories that he has developed.
