Course: EDGE210 Edgebander Operation and Maintenance - Category A
This course is designed to explore the automatic features of an edgebanding machine and to unveil its full array of capabilities. First, an introduction to the edgebanding industry details the characteristics of various panel, edge, and adhesive materials, reviews machine terminology, identifies proper tooling use and care, and outlines safety procedures, all intended to orient new and experienced personnel alike. A hands-on navigation of the machine identifies the purposes and functionalities of each processing unit, outlines proper adjustment and preventative maintenance procedures, and details how to set-up, program, and operate the machine from the primary controller.
