Course: CR086 Weeke Vacuum Pod CNC-Operation using woodWOP 6 & 7
Students apply woodWOP programming techniques to safely operate WEEKE vacuum pod CNC machining centers including uploading or adjusting programs at the machine. Through classroom and hands-on machine experience, students learn the importance of feed rates and rotation speeds, CNC tooling materials and geometry, use of the tool holder & collet, and cutter assembly & measurement. Using the powerTouch controller, students learn tooling, and how to reference the tool database using the softkey functions of the controller.
