These standard features make it simple for operators to import cut lists and other important data directly from Excel to the machine’s operating system, for seamless transitions between jobs. Additionally, all the software integrated into the SuperCut series can be accessed by the internet, making it easy for the factory to diagnose and fix any problems that may arise.

The SuperCut’s unique feeding system allows for maximum control and stability during cutting operations. A toothed infeed belt featuring an ergonomic steel alignment guide creates ultimate stability and precision, while eight large diameter wheels guide the workpiece through the machine with automatic pressure control to further stabilize workpieces of varying shapes and sizes.

The sound enclosure and automatic push feed controls prevent operators from getting close to the blade during operation. The electronic brushless motor enables increased feed speeds with rapid acceleration and deceleration. The motor is managed by numerical control based on the cross-cutting section, weight, and shape of the workpiece.
The SuperCut 100’s unique infeed system provides secure workpiece control and enhanced precision, featuring a unique toothed belt that allows for maximum adhesion of the material being processed. Additionally, the toothed belt is covered in 3 mm of polyurethane and reinforced with steel cables, providing superior strength and longevity.

Kickers
Numerical control enables programming for variable cutting lengths to optimize sorting processes. Three high speed ejectors have three sliding guides for each one. Workpieces with specific measurements are ejected from various positions on the conveyor by the appropriate kicker. Longer pieces can be ejected by two kickers firing at the same time. Waste pieces are collected at the end of the conveyor.
