Lunch & Learn: Solid Wood Processing Techniques
Join us for a few hours of learning about efficient ways to process solid wood products.
Questions you need to ask yourself: Are labor and material costs killing your bottom line? Does it seem that machine changeovers take up all your day? Are lead times causing you to lose orders? Are the wrong parts being manufactured at the wrong time?
Come and join us for a few hours of learning about efficient ways to process solid wood products. We will focus on how to reduce work in progress and changeover times, increase productivity while decreasing material usage, and optimizing material and staffing so that you can add to your bottom line.
