Phil joined Stiles as a Field Service Representative in 1998 and joined Stiles Education in 2001. Phil is our Weeke machining center expert, teaching programming, operation and maintenance courses. Mike joined the Stiles University team in July of 2015 after completing a 32 year career in manufacturing and technical education at the secondary and post-secondary levels. He brings industrial experience in designing, tool making, fixture building, CAD/CAM/CNC processing and machining. Mike's successful career in education is a valuable resource in his desire to continue teaching.
Jody started with Stiles in March 1996 as a Field Service Representative covering Washington state for edgebanding and saws. In 1998, he moved to Grand Rapids, Michigan to start supporting the newly formed National Technical Support Dept., where he developed his machinery expertise even further and fostered his desire to pass along his knowledge. At the beginning of 2015, he joined with Stiles University as an instructor teaching edgebander operation and maintenance, and lending his and saw experience to the development of Stiles Virtual University courses and training of internal employees. Prior to Stiles Jody was a gold miner/electrician and spent 13 years in the Navy running nuclear power plants.
Gordon joined Stiles University in December of 2016, bringing more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing and technical education. With an extensive engineering background, Gordon has worked with CAD/CAE software, and quickly progressed to machinery manufacturing where he further developed his understanding of automation and technology used in advanced manufacturing. Throughout his career, he was involved with his community college serving both as a faculty member and industry advisor. Gordon combines his experience with industry, education, and his passion for woodworking to become a valuable resource in Stiles University.

Thomas joined as Manager of Stiles University at the end of 2015, continuing the Stiles University mission to drive our educational offerings towards excellence. Thomas brings a background in automotive manufacturer training and documentation utilizing the latest technology to teach to exacting standards, making him a very welcome addition to Stiles and Stiles University.
