Brandt Ambition 1110 Series Edgebanders
The Brandt Ambition 1110 Series is now being offered under the Homag brand.
The Brandt Ambition 1110 Series features an entry-level series of edgebanders. High flexibility and intuitive operation characterize the compact edgebanding machines of the Ambition 1110 Series.
All machines are equipped with a precision gluing unit and an automatic magazine. The magazine can be used for coiled and strip material. The two motor end trimming-unit assures precise end trimming and perfect results.The trimming unit is easy to use and allows a quick changeover to chamfer, straight and radius trimming. The Ambition 1120 C and Ambition 1120 FC also include a contour trimming unit, to guarantee a complete finish. The feed speed of these models are 8 m/min. Highlight of these machines is the finishing area. It comes with two free spaces and offers therefore high flexibility. Three different units are available (profile scraping, glue joint scraping and buffing), which can be put in different combinations to the free spaces .
Brandt Ambition 1200 Series Edgebanders
The Brandt Ambition 1200 Series is now being offered under the Homag brand.
The focus for the development of the Ambition 1200 Series was to offer a complete processing solution in the entry-level segment, with features that were previously only available on larger machines. All machines are equipped with a precision gluing unit, a tilt-able end trimming unit for straight and chamfer trimming and a multifunctional top/bottom trimming unit. For the complete processing options and a perfect finish, add a joint trimming unit, a contour trimming unit, a radius scraper, a glue joint scraper or a buffing unit.
Brandt Ambition 1400 Series Edgebanders
The Brandt Ambition 1400 Series is now being offered under the Homag brand.
Perfect for the craftsman, as well as small- and medium-sized enterprises, the Ambition 1400 series provides long-term competitive advantages. In the standard version, the machine is equipped with a precision gluing unit, a tilt-able end trimming unit, a multi-functional top/bottom trimming unit, a radius scraper and a buffing unit. Depending on requirements, the machine can also be equipped with separation and detergent agent spraying units, a joint trimming unit, a Quickmelt gluing unit for more efficient production, a rough trimming unit for heavy trimming, a contour trimming unit for corner rounding, a grooving unit and a glue joint scraper. The radius scraper and a buffing unit guarantee a perfect finish. The powerful motors on all of the units provide the unrestricted power needed to process a broad spectrum of different parts. To offer the perfect solution every time, there is a joint trimming unit, a tilt-able grooving unit as well as a glue joint scraper available. The Brandt Ambition 1800 Series is now being offered under the Homag brand.
The Ambition 1800 series offers a service portfolio that is ordinarily only seen in industrial edgebanders. The standard version is equipped with a joint trimming unit, a precision gluing unit, a tilt-able end trimming unit, a multifunctional top/bottom trimming unit and a four motor contour trimming unit. The radius scraper and a buffing unit guarantee a perfect finish. On-demand availability and a perfect glue line are guaranteed by the Quickmelt gluing unit, standard on all machines in the 1800 Series.

Brandt FTK Series Edgebanders
The Brandt FTK Series is now being offered under the Homag brand.
The Optimat FTK is a flexible and cost effective solution for flush trimming of shaped and straight work pieces. Vertically mounted trimming motors process internal and external shapes and a centric copy wheel with a fine adjustable top and bottom-tracing device ensure optimum accuracy and perfect trimming results. The FTK 130 is complementary to the contour edgebanding machine KTD 720. The main application of the FTK 130 is shaped workpieces, where internal as well as external radii can be processed. Although straight workpieces can also be easily processed.
