Toured technology of international market leaders in Germany.

Extended Solid Wood Technologies to Canadian market in partnership with CNC Automation.

Expanded our equipment line to include Ironwood series of classical woodworking machines.

Unveiled a new website that's easier to use and search, and includes a blog by subject-matter experts from Stiles.

Encouraged videotaped submissions of creative uses of CNC routers -- the winner was awarded a Weeke Vantech CNC router.

Introduced Ambition 1200 series of edgebanders by global leader Brandt, designed for intuitive control and quick change-over.

Published a 20th anniversary edition of the Stiles Education catalog celebrating two decades of leadership in training and education.

Introduced cost-saving material handling with Ligmatech return conveyors, allowing safe, solo operation of one-sided edgebanders.

Hosted live demonstrations of laser edgbanding capabilities with Homag laserTec.

Secured first U.S. order for next-generation laser edgebanding system.

Named #1 in industry; Kentwood moulders (based on UCC-1 lien data).

Toured with visionaries in the woodworking industry on our China Tour of Technology.

Aligned the world's leading finishing manufacturers to provide a complete spectrum of advanced finishing technologies: Burkle GmbH, Makor SRL, Venjakob Maschinenbau GmbH, and Schiele Maschinenbau GmbH.

Achieved LEED Gold Certification and EPA Energy Star rating for energy-conserving initiatives at our Grand Rapids headquarters facility.

Hosted 9th Executive Briefing Conference of woodworking executives to explore new ways to build business in a challenging global economy. 

Announced sales of three revolutionary Homag laser edgebanders in the U.S. market. 

Attended the Ligna 2011 international trade show in Germany and provided daily technology updates to our industry friends via our blog.

Will exhibit more than 8,000 square feet of equipment and technology at the AWFS Fair.

Will present Configuring Work Cells to Impact the Bottom Line -- a seminar on designing work cells for specific production requirements. Simple ideas that help manufacturers reduce costs and meet demands for shorter lead times and great customization -- for presentation at the AWFS Fair SMART Seminars.
