WBZ
Weinmann's WBZ automated component saw and machining center is a multi-function processing center which cuts, routes, drills, labels and performs a host of other processes all on one machine. The WBZ is designed primarily for use by manufacturer's producing roof and floor trusses, wall panels, and manufactured or modular housing. Weinmann offers its WBZ in three models beginning with the WBZ-100 with sawing, WBZ-120 with sawing and routing, WBZ-150 machining center with sawing and an automatic tool changer for the router. Modular design enables the WBZ to be up-graded on site.

100 Series
The WBZ 100 can process all cuts for beams, studs, as well as top and bottom plates accurately and automatically. The flexibility of the saw allows all straight, angle and compound cuts.
