VEN CLEAN BRUSH

This brush cleaning machine provides several cleaning steps. The first cleaning step is achieved by a rotating genuine hair brush to remove soiling from the surface. In the second step, rotating high pressure blow nozzles clear cavities and holes. In the third cleaning step, soiling swirled up during the first two steps is extracted by means of vacuum suction slots. For the last cleaning step, a clean and electrically neutral surface is provided by ionising air applied with a blow tube. The required operating height of the units can be adjusted by setting motors. The higher ranking control system transmits the required adjustment/setting parameters to the machine. A vacuum belt ensures secure workpiece transport through the machine. The entire unit is equipped with an enclosed housing and access doors arranged on one side.
