The Torwegge DET 400 Series, is the ultimate solid wood double end tenoner, featuring unique machining units for the most complex applications. The DET 400 series is designed for traditional sizing, tenoning and dadoing of various material from solid wood to plywood and gypsum board. Optional units provide corner rounding, angular cutting, sanding, splitting and other unique applications. The DET 400 provides exceptional flexibility, and has the capability to groove between the chains with automatic set-up (CNC dadoing), multi-axis machining on solid wood components (angular gain, angle cutting, corner rounding, etc.), and has special "protective devices" for extreme performance when machining abrasive materials. The DET 400 series represents the most solidly constructed machine in the industry.
