Opti-Stack 3000

The Opti-Stack 3000 is designed to handle short workpieces--from 380mm to 2500mm (15" to 98"), at a capacity of 85 workpieces or 8 layers per minute by uniform lengths. The stacking speed of the workpiece is automatically adjusted to the speed of the main machine, enabling increased capacity of the main machine and reduction of hard and repetitive labor. Opti-Stack 3000 systems can be equipped with optional features such as pack transport, stick magazine, brick and zig-zag stacking, automatic length adjustment, etc.
