As part of your product warranty, you are entitled to two years of full technical support. This includes free updates, phone and e-mail support, Web-based diagnostics, and an unlimited number of support requests directed to our support team.
When you need support outside of normal business hours (8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday), our technical support professionals in our national office are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Whenever you need us, we’re here to help.
