  • Record the time it takes for an individual part to be produced, the percentage of rework for a particular part and give the most likely reasons for rework.
  • Record information that details when goods were delivered to particular customer locations, right down
    to the name of the customer’s representative who signed the truck manifest when the products were accepted.
