A flexible program that is limited only by the imagination of its users, Data Historian can be integrated with a company’s existing database system and other iConnect modules to:

• Provide detailed information on who was operating a particular work station at a date and time, along with the resulting occurrence of good versus unacceptable parts.
• Give aggregated information on the number of parts per shift through a work cell, a department or the entire plant.
• Record the time it takes for an individual part to be produced, the percentage of rework for a particular part and give the most likely reasons for rework.
• Record information that details when goods were delivered to particular customer locations, right down to the name of the customer’s representative who signed the truck manifest when the products were accepted.
