When you make an investment in our software, we work with you to determine the most effective and efficient means of integrating our products and services into your existing system or software. Whether this is something that can be accomplished over the Internet, over the phone, or at your facility, we want you to benefit from the power of Stiles Software in the shortest time possible.
Based upon your experience and circumstance, we provide an integration plan that is customized for your business. Our on-site integration and training session provides instruction for single individuals or may include up to five people. Each situation is unique, and we will be happy to discuss the outline and cost with you prior to scheduling a commitment. Our support on-line and over the phone is a standard part of your new product warranty. Our goal is to maximize your benefit from these services.
Classroom-Based Training:
Stiles Software offers convenient classes for our most popular software products at our Gastonia, North Carolina facility.
Our courses are 2-3 days long and take place in a state-of-the-art facility for the most comprehensive training. Education in our classroom provides each student with a personal computer and a detailed training manual.
Stiles Software instructors have real-world experience and have been involved in programming for manufacturing, technical support, and training longer than any other team in our industry.
