Support & Maintenance | Warranty & Contracts
As part of your product warranty, you are entitled to 90 days of full technical support. This includes free updates, phone and e-mail support, Web-based diagnostics via WebEx, and an unlimited number of support requests directed to our support team.
Following the warranty period, we offer you the maximum flexibility in selecting additional software support and maintenance opportunities. These plans are tailored to help meet your needs for assistance while respecting your company's budget.
Software Support & Maintenance Contract (SSMC):
Essentially, the SSMC continues your warranty support in full, offering the same benefits and the unlimited opportunities to work with our support team. As an additional benefit, software upgrades are included with this contract.
SSMC support is available for Cut Rite V7.1, BuildRite V15.x, and Building Blocks V15.7x or greater.
Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA):
The SMA includes all the benefits of the SSMC with the exception of upgrades, and the total number of support requests are limited to 20 incidents. Incidents are defined as individual problems or situations that require a resolution. In the context of each incident or situation, support is not limited.
SMA contracts are available for Cut Rite V7.1, and BuildRite V15.x. They also include support of Cut Rite V7.0x for a limited time.
These support contracts are cost-effective and remain active for one year from the date the purchase agreement is confirmed. Subsequent contracts may be renewed at the prices in effect at the time of renewal.
Pay Per Incident (PPI):
We also offer technical support at a cost of $175 per incident. This service may be used if you choose not to take advantage of our support contracts or have exceeded the terms of your maintenance agreement or warranty period. Companies with plenty of related software experience may find this to be an effective option.
