Shapers

Shapers are used to do outside profiles on workpieces – raised panel doors, furniture parts, trim work, custom moulding runs, and other outside profiles. A good shaper will be fairly heavy to reduce vibration and assure precise results; some machines offer programmable shaping for consistent profiling throughout long production runs.
