Course Description

This course provides the building blocks for an effective transition from a front line woodworking employee to a supervisor. Content is designed to equip students to meet goals and objectives. Exploring how to communicate, motivate, delegate, create loyalty and resolve conflict will be emphasized as they apply in a woodworking environment. New supervisors will benefit by learning about product flow concept for the solid wood and panel processing industries.
