Course Description

This CNC machining center course contains hands-on information to eliminate downtime through rapid fault isolation. A significant portion of class time is devoted to machine operation/calibration and the troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems. The vacuum system, cooling system and the effective use of tooling are also discussed. MODELS: Weeke BHP200, Weeke BHC250, 280, 350, 500, 550, 555, 750, 600 and 800 series, Weeke BP60, 80, 85, 100, 120, 140, 145, 150, 155, Weeke BP12 and 15 (upgraded to WoodWOP 4.0 minimum), Weeke Venture series, Weeke Vantage series, Weeke Vantech series, Weeke BHX 500 and Num and BeckHoff controls.
