Course Description

Students will learn the recommended procedures for preventative, predictive and emergency maintenance of Heian EG routers. Extensive coverage on machine operation, lubrication, Fanuc diagnostics and parameters adjustments is provided. Other topics include spindle motor diagnostics and alignment, electro-mechanical troubleshooting, Toshiba inverters and PLC/ladder logic.
