Course Description
CF220 is an intensive 2 day course that covers the various internal systems of an Automatic Spraying Machine and how they must operate together to produce maximum productivity, quality and efficiency. The details of set-up, operation, and PM of automatic spray machines are the primary focus of this course. Additionally, the course covers application characteristics of common industrial coatings including staining and clear coats, understanding automatic spray guns and pumps, and trouble shooting the finish. The course is approximately 50% class room instruction and 50% hands on time on the various spray machines installed at Cefla's application laboratory in High Point, North Carolina.
