Course Description
This course is designed for companies making the transition for manual applications to automatic spray machines. The primary focus is on the operation and maintenance of Cefla spray machine Models KLEENSPRAY and UNISPRAYER. Other subject matter will be the importance of sanding, fluid handling (guns & pumps), properties of coatings when spraying automatically, and expansion potential of designing a finishing production line. Finishing supervisors, operators, and maintenance personnel will benefit from this course. Companies that are considering automation for the first time will also benefit.
