Impregmat

The Schiele Impregmat® polishing system is a proven, patented concept for high-efficiency and loss-free impregnating, varnishing and staining of planed and milled lumber products. Consistent product quality is achieved with the Super Spray system by double X overlapping of the multi-purpose nozzles to guarantee constant application on all sides. To ensure effectiveness, all four sides are brushed and polished as they pass through. Machine components that contact the work piece are made of rust-free material (e.g., stainless steel, aluminum, plastic). Impregmat EVO for water soluble impregnating agents, salts, oils, stains and thin-layer varnishes for work piece dimensions up to 13" x 13" or 19" x 13". Impregmat VM-MAXI for economical processing of aqueous and oily products on beams, boards, strips or laths up to 14" x 5". Impregmat VM-MINI for economical processing of aqueous and oily products on beams, boards, strips or laths up to 8" x 2".
