Unilateral automatic machine featuring a 10 inches wide high-precision conveyor chain transfer system for frame squaring and profile moulding on solid wood or MDF pieces, as well as on other profile materials such as veneers, varnishes, polyurethane surface laminates, plastic, Corian, etc. The high-precision, manufacturer designed conveyor track, featuring steel links and self-lubricating ball bearings. A lateral tuck-away catch latch system enables for set-square transfer of the process panels. Ball bearing conveyor track: for special piece processing requirements, machine set-up option is available for a ball bearing conveyor track assembly, running on a tempered steel bed. Single or double upper piece clamping presser roller featuring rubber wheels.

This machine can further be equipped with specialty aggregate features, milling units and both tape and wheel operated lapping heads.
