The Splitting Machines model SAP 30 has been designed for the automatic splitting in a continuous cycle of finished mouldings produced in double or single mouldings where it is possible to make  a protruding part after the finishing of the surface. The modularity of this group allows the machine configuration with n° 1 or 2 cutting groups and with the possibility of adding n° 1 or 2 small cutting groups Mod. SAP 30 F1 — SAP 30 F2.

The cutting unit is equipped with a powerful 15 CV. Electro-spindle, driven by an inverter with a rapid and precise setting-up. An excellent rubberised roller conveyor together with a special system of both lower and side guides assures a correct frame feed fast and easy to set up.
