This machine was created for the honing and calendaring of linear profiles and furniture parts, through brushes with fladder­type abrasive materials.

The high versatility allows for the choice of LCF that most adapt to your needs, whereas the most complete version of the machine is made of 8 brushing groups: 4 opposite groups for the sides of the profile, 2 groups for the upper face and 2 for the lower face. In the numerically controlled version, regulation of the axis of every group, clamps and side guides is effected by brushless engines capable of quickly adjusting the machine to the type of profile section to be worked upon.
