This machine is designed for the application of UV acrylic paint products on flooring profiles, furniture and building profiles, skirting boards, matchboarding, and frames in general, using vacuum system cycles.
The paint can be applied on 3 or 4 sides or on specific parts of the profile, with complete product recovery. Structural compactness and simple machine management make it the ideal choice for any profile finishing automation process.
This vacuum coater can be equipped with 2 different application chambers:
- Cyclone TP With the traditional templates but with an innovative device that allows the paint to be distributed in a uniform manner eliminating buildup on the profiles heads and tails.
- Cyclone ML Makor has developed and patented a revolutionary vacuum device to apply UV paint with great precision to specific areas of the profile. The Multi Layer application head is formed by a series of vacuum and paint delivery chambers allowing for the operation of the unit without the requirement of feeding the profiles back to back.
