Return Conveyors

Ligmatech return conveyors offer a number of options in transfer tables, footprint, flexibility, working height and production speed.

Assembly Solutions – Case Clamp

Ligmatech offers three case clamping machines to meet your specific assembly requirements, including an electric throughfeed model that can be used either as part of an assembly line or as a stand alone unit. Two other models offer manual feed/clamping.

Assembly Solutions – Palletizing and Boxing

Ligmatech VKA palletizing systems take packed and sealed boxes and arrange them on a pallet. They include adjustable pallet magazines, automatic stack handling, and can insert intermediate boxboard between layers.

Ligmatech VKF folding machines automatically fold and assemble cartons. Boxes can be sealed with hot-melt glue, and printing can take place after the box is assembled. The system is modular and can be expanded at any time.
