FL/Innovation II 1000
The Kuper FL/Innovation II 1000 joins precious veneers precisely.
Veneers which are exposed to high temperatures
during the further processing (e.g. wrapping or
membranepress technology) are joined preferably
with urea based glues.
To fulfil this task a special process of heat supply and
simultaneous pressure over a longer transport section
is necessary. When operating preglued veneers an even
higher capacity is achieved. For small series or special
applications the KUPER FL-Innovation II is delivered
with an integrated glueing aggregate as standard
component.

Kuper's FL/Innovation II 1000 longitudinal veneer splicer is designed to join veneers where they will be used under more punishing circumstances (wrapping, membrane pressing, etc.). The FL/Innovation uses precisely controlled heat and pressure over a longer transport area to ensure a strong, tight joint. Additional features include a clearly arranged operating panel, a precise glue application system, and exact veneer transport via the patented sliding rail system. |
