The Kentwood R320-2M is a two moving blade 12” machine designed to meet the requirements for those who have low to moderate production volumes and require moving blade technology.  The Kentwood R320-2M features a solid steel metal base as well as a manually adjustable infeed fence.  The Kentwood R320-2M also comes standard with a metal dip chain feed design with ripping speeds up to 165fpm and glue line capability.  A complete noise reducing lining is included to lower noise levels approximately 15db as a safety feature.  The arbor motion detection device prevents the hood from opening while the blades are moving and four sets of anti kickback fingers are added safety features.  Motorized pressure plate and four pressure rollers come standard.  The operator interface control allows quick and easy cutlist setup for up to 99 different cutlist.  Moving lasers are included to give a quick reference to each blades physical position.  Automatic optimization of boards is standard with quick manual override capabilities as desired using ergonomically friendly joysticks.  The moving head and arbor design along with a motorized pressure plate make it a quick machine to change setups and blades.
