The Kentwood Advantage Rip 2-B is a heavy duty infeed and outfeed system that is designed to meet the requirements for those who have high production demands.  The Advantage Rip 2-B manages the flow of material in to and out of the ripping operation reducing labor and safety concerns.  Features include automatic width length and shape measuring of each board.  Automatic optimization of boards is standard with quick manual over riding capability as desired.  Moving lasers are included and located at the operator station to give a quick reference to each blades physical position on the board per the optimization decision.  The Advantage Rip 2-B has an easy to use software package which makes it easy and quick to create and manage cut list.  Downloading of cutlist from remote locations is also possible.  Statistical reporting comes standard including board footage in, total yield, lineal footage out for each width, machine run time and much more.  The infeed sequence deck comes with five staging areas and five heavy duty chain runs to support short and long material.  The fence infeed includes a servo driven moving fence and heavy duty driven rollers.  Two sets of hold down rolls and stabilizing bars prevent the boards from having alignment issues entering the saw.  The Ripsaw outfeed unit has a heavy duty base along with driven rollers and the ability to sweep boards in either direction as needed.
