The Kentwood Advantage Rip 1 is a heavy duty built infeed system that is designed to meet the requirements for those who have low to moderate production demands.  The Advantage Rip 1 manages the flow of material in to the ripping operation reducing labor and safety concerns.  When added with a Kentwood Ripsaw, automatic optimization of boards is standard with quick manual over riding capability as desired.  Moving lasers are included and located on the ripsaw to give a quick reference to each blades physical position on the board per the optimization decision.  The Advantage Rip 1 has an easy to use software package which makes it easy and quick to create and manage cut list.  The fence infeed includes a moving fence controlled with a foot pedal and heavy duty driven rollers.  Two sets of hold down rolls as well as stabilizing bars prevent the boards from having alignment issues entering the saw.
