Machining & Routing

Stiles’ single-zone and dual-zone CNC equipment offers the best in flat panel and 3D machining and routing. Our latest three-, four- or five-axis head configurations, allow for multiple routing, sawing and drilling processes. Several holding options are available for your material, including mechanical clamping and roller and vacuum holding for nested or stacked operations. Sanding & Veneering

Orbital, wide-belt, brush, profile, robotic and calibration sanding can fill all your production needs. Finishing

Laminating & Pressing

Our quality laminating and pressing machines provide high efficiency and cost savings for large and small batch sizes. Stiles’ technology is capable of working with a wide variety of substrates and adhesives, including PUR lamination for the latest high-gloss surfaces.
