With the new KBE 100, conventional edges can be prepared for processing with Homag’s laserTec edge processing machine. The KBE 100 edge pre-coating machine provides an option to prepare conventional edge strips for adhesive bonding with laserTec. The required edge decor is uncoiled by the KBE 100, coated with a special adhesive, dried or cooled and coiled once again. The edge strip with the required decor is then immediately available for adhesive bonding with laserTec. The KBE 100 enables manufacturers to produce their own laser edges according to requirements on a global scale.
