Features full-color graphics controller with 17" LCD flat panel monitor allows operator to follow cutting patterns visually, electronic program fence equipped with (6) six pneumatic clamps with specially designed veneer overhang fingers; v-shaped roller bearings travel on hardened, round steel bars, center-mounted servo motor and dual rack and pinion drive for smooth movement of the program fence, rack and pinion carriage system allows carriage to move at high speed, without vibration, outstanding cutting accuracy, repeatedly, automatic infinitely variable cutting height insures consistent saw blade projection over a wide variety of book heights, saw carriage speed easily adjusted via software using an electronic inverter for instant and smooth changes of carriage speed from 16 to 328 ft/min, optional printer integration program available.
