PUM 100
The Friz PUM 100 wraps vinyl window profiles with thermoplastic foils using PUR hotmelt.
The machine consists of:
- Basic machine with continuous steel frame with frequency controlled motor.
- Transport system with two (2) transport wheels 10 mm wide per axle
- Workpiece guides at machine infeed
- Blow-off nozzle
- Primer station
- Short-wave profile preheating
- Unwinding station, laterally adjustable
- Slot nozzle unit, width adjustable by shim (optionally by means of a quick change system)
- Foil heating
- Foil infeed guidance
- Laminating roller, height adjustable
- Standard wrapping tool set
- Two (2) hot air fans
- Protective foil unwinding
