The MPH 400's unique design incorporates two sets of steel pressure beams (vertical and horizontal) and virtually eliminates set-up for different size cases. Ligmatech's MPP 100 Case Clamp is a pneumatic, throughfeed case clamp that can be used stand-alone or in a manufacturing line. A case entering the clamp is first measured by photo cells, and then the machine is automatically set up. The operator interface is minimized by clamp's programmable control panel, since numerous programs can be stored containing parameter settings.

Ligmatech's MDE 110 Case Clamp can be used as a stand-alone unit or in a manufacturing line. This electric throughfeed case clamp provides a higher clamping pressure and a more constant and reliable method of pressing cases. Its high production capacity can process two to three cases per minute. The MDE 110's open construction, along with the ability to clamp cases on the belt's outer edge, provides the operator with easy and ergonomic access to the cabinets. In addition, its PC controls minimize the operator interface since numerous programs containing parameter settings can be easily created and stored.

This nailing robot is integrated into the clamp's design and provides an automatic and reliable solution for the nailing or gluing of back panels onto cases. The MDE 160 reduces labor requirements in case assembly and offers a flexible solution, since its nailing robot can be disabled and allows for manual nailing or gluing of panel backs.
