The Homag KAL 200 single-sided edgebander is a machine designed to apply thin tape for manufacturers of cabinets, closet components and more. This machine is capable of running 25 m/min (82 ft/min), making it the right solution for high volume needs. Designed to utilize minimal floor space, the KAL 200 is built to withstand multiple shift operations and a demanding production schedule.

Homag’s KAL Door Machine is specifically designed to apply edgebanding on entry doors. This unit will process a pre-sized, square workpiece with a 0 to 5 degree bevel required on U.S. entry doors. The KAL Door Machine applies edgebanding from .4mm thin to 3mm thick and is capable of processing solid wood strips up to 20mm thick in the non-beveled position and up to 1mm in the beveled position. Adjustment is done easily with manually fixed stops. The infeed fence accommodates various size work pieces. Feed speeds range from 18 to 24 m/min (59 to 79 ft/min). The KAL Door Machine is built to withstand a demanding production schedule for any size operation and is an excellent solution for interior/exterior residential or interior commercial wood door manufactures.
