Optilift

Holzma Optilift

Holzma's Optilift can be added to any Holzma saw to increase its capacity. The Optilift allows books of material to be loaded from the front via a forklift. The material rests on a non-driven roller track where the micro-feed device measures the stack height and loads the material (thick, wavy or thin) a sheet at a time. A single, reversible power-driven friction roller sits between the Optilift and the saw's air table. Address today’s concerns for ergonomic safety and reduce material damage and waste.

features
• Floor- or pit-mounted - flexible installation
• Controls at air table - for operator convenience

TBP 200

The Holzma TBP 200 Retrieval & Infeed System can be added to any Holzma front-loading or rear-loading panel saw to increase material infeed flexibility and capacity.

Bunks of material are loaded on a transfer cart and transferred to one of five storage stations. The infeed system, which is always operating one pattern ahead of the panel saw, retrieves the programmed number of sheets from the appropriate storage station and delivers them, one at a time, to the driven roller conveyor at the front of the machine. As soon as the operator is ready for the next book, he presses a button, and the book is automatically driven onto the air tables at the front of the machine. Idle time book-to-book at the panel saw due to infeeding is reduced to seconds.

features
• Five stations, each equipped with two Q-System roller conveyors
• Transfer cart with forklift cut-outs
• Powered roller conveyor, equipped drop-off point at same height as working height of saw
• Driven by CADmatic 4.0 control on panel saw
• Includes two heavy steel support beams, one vertical scissors-designed lifting device and carriage traveling on the support beams and carrying the scissors lifting device
• Suction transverse with 12 suction cups
• Safety fence with interlocked doors for each storage position

Ergomat & Destacking Station

The Ergomat Destacking System eliminates all lifting from parts stacking, reducing it to a sliding and placing motion, speeding up destacking, enabling the operator to keep up with the saw, and reducing productivity loss due to fatigue.

features
• Eliminates all lifting in destacking process
• Height of lift photocell controlled
• Alignment fence easily adjusted to match size of parts being destacked
• Even if multiple Ergomats are used, any parts tack is available at any time, as the alignment fence is pneumatically raised and lowered, and the parts can be ejected out the back of the system
