Holzma's HPL 11 Optimat Rear-Loading Panel Saw is a high-production panel saw
that can cut stacks of panels, as well as single-sheet patterns, profitably.
The beautiful cut quality of the HPL 11 Optimat is achieved through the massive
structure of the machine bed, the hardened steel, locked-in saw carriage guide
system and the rack and pinion-guided pressure beam which exerts two tons of
pressure over the length of the panel. Both the program fence and saw carriage
on the HPL 11 Optimat are rack and pinion-driven for high speeds and short
cycle times.

Holzma's HPL 380 is an exceptionally fast back loader designed and built for high production in small job lots. Infeeding of panels is fully automated, even for very thin sheets. High operating speeds and optimized machine functions dramatically reduce cycle times.
The HPL 380 features the new Power Concept for cross splitting different sized panels at the same time in the same workspace. The two systems handle different panels at the same time to share the work--one system works at the front, while the other collects the next stack of panels from the lift table. Advantages include significantly reduced cutting cycles, increased material throughput, lower costs per cut, and precise cutting of even very narrow strips. Requiring a small amount of operating space, the Power Concept is a cost-effective yet high-tech solution.

Holzma's Series 5 high-performance horizontal beam saws set new industry standards. This brand new series of panel saws is designed for all companies that process large quantities of panels in mass production or require particularly long cutting length and runs. Series 5 consists of three individual saws: the HPP models 530, 550, and 570, as well as the corresponding HPL models equipped with a solid lifting table for automatic coating.
Series 5 delivers a number of innovative technical highlights, such as a new drive principle, an exact alignment for the saw blade stroke, and a light sensor with its own dust cleaning unit--but the major enhancement is a patented mineral cast technology. Constructed of unique mineral casting, the new saw bodies are extremely torsion-resistant, noise-absorbing, and vibration-dampening for an even more exact run of the saw blade and still more precise cutting lengths. Also, due to the reduced wear of the saw blades, the service life is extended by 30%, providing increased savings on material costs. Available in front- or rear-load configuration, Series 5 is a modular system that can be easily integrated into an existing production line.

The Holzma HPL 33 Rear-Loading Panel Saw is a massively
built, automatic infeeding, single cutting line saw which combines the type of
throughput only achievable previously on an angular system, with the
flexibility of a single saw, to meet today's manufacturing operation's wide
ranging cutting requirements.
The HPL 33 can cut a book of 10 sheets of 5/8" material easily with its 58 HP
main saw motor and rack and pinion-driven saw carriage. The book height being
fed off the lift positioned at the back of the HPL 33 is gauged utilizing the
unique, Holzma touch-free magnetic measuring system, for accurate infeed of
even thin or wavy materials.
Prior to cutting, the book is aligned; so all edges get cut--even in tight
cutting patterns.
