Holzma's Series 5 high-performance horizontal beam saws set new industry standards. This brand new series of panel saws is designed for all companies that process large quantities of panels in mass production or require particularly long cutting length and runs. Series 5 consists of three individual saws: the HPP models 530, 550, and 570, as well as the corresponding HPL models equipped with a solid lifting table for automatic coating.
Series 5 delivers a number of innovative technical highlights, such as a new drive principle, an exact alignment for the saw blade stroke, and a light sensor with its own dust cleaning unit--but the major enhancement is a patented mineral cast technology. Constructed of unique mineral casting, the new saw bodies are extremely torsion-resistant, noise-absorbing, and vibration-dampening for an even more exact run of the saw blade and still more precise cutting lengths. Also due to the reduced wear of the saw blades, the service life is extended by 30%, providing increased savings on material costs. Available in front- or rear-load configuration, Series 5 is a modular system that can be easily integrated into an existing production line.
