The Friz Optimat FKP 100 laminating machine laminates workpiece surfaces with a
simple to use, compact process. The FKP works with a throughfeed operation
using pre-glued coiled laminate, and is available in three working widths, 4'
5' and 39". The machine can be ordered with a slot nozzle glue applicator
to process non-preglued laminate, offering even greater flexibility.
This system is well suited to customers who want the flexibility and
predictability that comes from laminating their own material. Because the
machine can be fitted with profile edge processing zones, customers also have
the ability to laminate three sides -- the surface and two opposing edges of
the workpiece.
This system will produce unique products such as cabinet doors, tops and
shelving with a unique look that takes less time to produce. The Friz FKP 100
is a smart investment for companies who want to bring laminating in-house.
Designed for quick changeover, the FKP makes production of even small batch
sizes cost-efficient. And the process of laminating and profiling two edges in
one step allows manufacturers to offer their customers a unique end product.

single-sided surface lamination or for two-sided processing which includes the
profiled surface and the flat reverse side. Typical applications for this
machine include raised panel door inserts, wall and ceiling systems and more.
