BM20 5-Gallon Pail Unloader and VersaBlue®

Micro-processor based CS 20 control system with easy-touse operator panel. Sequential startup, programmable over and under temperature alarms, temperature setback and automatic diagnostics. Control valve allows for accurate output of adhesive pressures. Melt-on-demand sealed system to prevent pre-mature charing and curing of
adhesives. Entry panels for easy access to the melter components. Graphical, touch-screen system controls the tank, hoses, and guns. Warning light tower allows for visual status of unit from a distance. Pump shut-off valve for easy pump replacement.

Profile Wrapping Guns

Produce even coatings without build-up of adhesive on the edges of the substrate. Coating widths can be adjusted — even during production — with pneumatic guide optimally presses profiles against nozzle and hand-wheels enable continuous width adjustment. The closed design of the system protects the adhesive from contaminants and moisture.
