Heesemann CSD MotionControl Pressure Beam System

The Heesemann CSD MotionControl pressure beam system for sanding machines was designed for fine sanding of solid wood, veneer, lacquer and foils when sanding panel-like work pieces. Thinner veneers and lacquer applications require precise pressure control. In addition, because of larger tolerances in the raw material, precise pressure control is mandatory. Wear-free, electronically-controlled electromagnets (solenoids) provide an infinitely variable pressure force onto the individual pressure elements by means of varying currents. The sanding pressure adapts to the size of the workpiece surface underneath the pressure shoe. A very intensive sanding is guaranteed without sanding through in the sensitive edge areas.

Available from Stiles Machinery, the Heesemann CSD MotionControl pressure beam system will be available on all Heesemann sanders.
