Friz FKP 100
This new machine concept combines flat laminating with profile wrapping of two
opposing edges, offering a distinctive product, which is easy to produce.
Designed with quick changeovers in mind, the process allows short runs and
flexibility. The machine reactivates the glue on the surface material, and then
laminates the workpiece top. Profile wrapping tools continue to form the
laminate on two pre-shaped edges in one easy throughfeed process. The machine
can be ordered with a slot nozzle glue applicator, offering even greater
flexibility. Heavy papers allow even shaped particleboard to produce smooth
surfaces without a filling process.
