Turning waste product into green profit.

Stiles is proud to represent C. F. Nielsen A/S, a leading manufacturer of stationary and mobile briquetting plants, with over 65 years of experience helping woodworking shops like yours turn sawdust, wood chips and other wood waste/biomass into a valuable product that you can sell as fuel or burn to heat/power your own facilities. An investment in a briquetting press is very profitable and it will often be paid off within only 1-3 years.

C. F. Nielsen’s mechanical presses are state of the art, with all components produced and assembled by C. F. Nielsen employees. Mechanical presses are typically used for large-scale installations from some 200 kg/h up to some 2,500 kg/h. Nielsen makes a wide assortment of different dies developed for different woods and briquette qualities. The press is driven by electric motors rather than a hydraulic motor, so energy loss in the machine is limited and the output in relation to power consumption is thus optimum. The operating life of a mechanical press is also considerably longer than for a hydraulic press.
