Single-Pass Inkjet Printing Line

The combination of the well-established and reliable Bürkle lacquering technology with the novel and modern Durst digital inkjet printing technology opens up completely new possibilities for a totally customer-oriented surface decorating and coating process.

  • Inkjet printing of veneered wood-based panels for flooring, wall paneling, and furniture production.
  • Direct inkjet printing onto pre-coated MDF, HDF, and particleboard.
  • Production of single work pieces as well as large batch sizes.

Design of the Line

Combination of Bürkle roller coating machines, air jet drying tunnels, UV units and different material handling equipment with a Durst single pass inkjet printer RHO SP 60 according to customer requirements.
