The Bürkle reverse roller coating machine RCLR is a stand-alone machine with one reverse applying unit and is used in combination with a precedent forward roller coating machine RCLR.

Field of Application

Especially for base coating and top coating of closed pore, high quality surfaces.

Design of the Machine

  • Stable machine frame built with vibration-absorbing cast iron.

  • Independent transport system mounted into the machine frame. For maintenance the transport system can be removed easily.

  • Pneumatic oscillation of the scraper blades, quickly exchangeable for cleaning.

  • Separate, frequency-controlled direct drives for applying, doctor and transport roller.

  • Explosion-proof motors and operating elements.

  • Chromium-plated doctor roller with a sensitive roller adjustment.

  • Switch cabinet and control panel not explosion-proof installed outside the hazardous area at the machine.

  • Quick change coupling for the applying roller.
